Richard, by you telling me that this was "not a secret plot," you have just now victimized me again. This did happen. I was warned by someone who actually HEARD the conversation FIRST HAND that city council and the police were going to arrest outspoken citizens. This person knows more about the law than you. This person did not tell me that the mayor might ask me to leave the room. This person told me there was a plan to ARREST CITIZENS. 

You are wrong when you said, "this doesn't mean someone gets arrested....unless you punch the cop, or handcuff yourself to a table, or refuse to leave unless dragged out kicking and screaming, then no...there will be no arrest." You are wrong. They can arrest a citizen for disturbing a meeting. Someone could have tried to arrest me that night, since Mike Harmon said that I had officially disrupted a meeting. I knew when I hear those words, there was the conspiracy I had been warned of. I sat down quickly. You said almost the exact same words on the tape. 

Munden disclosed to me the people who had heard about this...including the mayor, city council, the sheriff, and Lieutenant Greene. I asked the lawyer, Peter Ruffatto, and our Chief Funk if they knew about the conspiracy, and they have both remained tight-lipped about it as well.  Even if Munden did not arrest me that night, the city could have sent out a different cop the next day to arrest me for disturbing a meeting. We talked to Mike Munden about this, and he knew that was a sad fact. They could have circumvented him. The problem was that their whole plot fell apart since they tried to enforce an illegal rule that night.. We sent a letter the very next morning outlining that this was a conspiracy against rights. So do not pretend that you know how things go. You do not.

I was set up with an illegal rule that night by the mayor. You have already heard this. I had crossed the threshold of being permitted to speak which was being announced by the mayor. I was baited by the mayor and that time lag was conveniently sped up in their official audio recording. Thank God I recorded that night myself. 

Chief Munden had a big problem with what happened. He did not like how the mayor baited me. He went and questioned Mike Harmon about this very thing. I asked Chief Munden and he agreed and said that I was right. He had heard the same discussions PRIOR to the city council meeting. You used almost the exact same terminology. 

Do not victimize me a third time, Richard. All of you have made your bed and now you have to live in it. I have hung on to that tape for a year, but now I am cleaning house since our family had a second death threat. This time, they called my husband and told him to be careful because he was going to be murdered in his sleep and to lock our doors. 

This is under an investigation as we speak. So, do not pretend to understand what I have been through. This newest death threat spurred me on to deal with everything that I left behind when I got out of this mess months ago. I will not cower in a corner when someone threatens my life. I will release everything that I know with the situation at hand. 

Lastly, in the future can you stop pretending that you know how people are going to vote. The last time I checked you are not a soothsayer or a fortune teller. You DO NOT know with 100 % certainty how someone will vote when they are under the pressure of the town watching them in real time. This is now the third time I have asked you to STOP this. Stop manipulating things. The vote for public comment at CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS should have happened. You got involved with the lawyer and turned this into a Town Hall meeting that has now been tainted forever. I hope it was worth it for you.
