RESTORING PUBLIC TRUST

July 9, 2026 letter to CJTC Investigator Bruce Lantz:

While I understand that your assignment as my new CJTC investigator is likely a vain attempt to divert me from the more fundamental task of restoring public trust in state government, the CJTC and law enforcement by examining the corruption of my case by the CJTC and other public officials, it isn't going to fly.

I won't be intimidated by the CJTC, Senator Shewmake, Chief of Police Rodger Funk, or his attorney Rebecca Singleton, all of whom apparently conspired to deprive me of my constitutional rights. I won't sacrifice these rights for the convenience of a CJTC coverup of its own misconduct.

We need to shine a light into the operations of the CJTC and weed out the personnel responsible, which is why it is preposterous for the CJTC to insist on controlling my case, given this 800-pound gorilla conflict-of-interest. Lame excuses about my legitimate demand for a neutral party to investigate my certification complaints against retaliatory policing never having been done before overlook the fact that now it's the only way to restore public trust.
