Richard May's Fraud
6/17/25 letter to city:
Blaine City Councilman Richard May's attempt to deceive the county council members and legislators present at the June 17, 2025 listening session at Blaine Public Library on the issue of public participation, again lied about his personal involvement in committing fraud to undermine public participation by hijacking the 'reinstating oral public comment at city council meetings' motion by Councilman Lewis, in order to propose fake town halls in violation of Blaine City Council Rules of Procedure. Mr. May allegedly conspired with Blaine City Attorney Peter Ruffatto prior to the February 24, 2025, city council meeting on how to get away with depriving Blaine citizens of their civil rights to participate in local civics. Rationalizing fraud is May's modus operandi.
