REMOVE CREEKSIDE PUD FROM CONSENT AGENDA

6/20/25 letter to city:

Due to concerns noted by Blaine citizens for two years and reluctantly now by the City of Blaine, the Critical Aquifer Recharge Area CARA protection (and restoration) is good reason to not allow high-density residential development over the city's drinking water aquifer. Putting a UGA in a CARA is 1. illegal, and 2. stupid.

As you will soon learn, the felony fraud documented in the Blaine Water Coalition June 14, 2025, Formal Complaint  against the City of Blaine to the U.S. Department of Justice Public Integrity Unit was preceded by similar criminal conduct by Blaine Community Development Services director Alex Wenger in the CARA UGA rezone. 

Knowingly following the advice of a felon exposes the City of Blaine to SIGNIFICANT LIABILITY.

1/30/25 letter to City of Blaine : BLAINE'S SHAME CCTV of Blaine City Council member Mike Hill accosting community activist Otto Pointer at the November 13, 2024, council meeting.
