Injury to Public Record

6/15/25 letter to city:

The documented Injury to Public Record by Blaine Community Development Services director Alex Wenger--provided to you in the June 14, 2025 Formal Complaint to the U.S. Department of Justice* from Otto Pointer, representing Blaine Water Coalition--notes that my comments and Mr. Pointer's regarding environmental concerns and procedural objections were omitted by Mr. Wenger (in violation of our civil rights) from the record that went before you for the April 28, 2025, Blaine City Council vote on Ordinance 25-3028.

This Class C Felony by Mr. Wenger is grounds for immediate termination of his employment agreement. His demonstrated pattern of public misconduct includes making misleading statements to you intended to influence your legislative acts for the benefit of his thus-privileged realtor and developer friends, whom he assists by undermining public participation and citizen oversight.

As noted in our formal complaint,  The injury to the public record is the creation of a fraudulent derivative record—the official recommendation—with the clear intent to deceive the City Council and induce a legislative decision based on incomplete and misleading information.

*Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968): Potentially applicable given a pattern of fraudulent activity, concealment, and financial benefit that can be demonstrated for the City of Blaine
