Felony Fraud
6/19/25 letter to city and county:
Now that you have proof of felony fraud by Blaine Community Development Services director Alex Wenger--detailed in the June 14, 2025 Formal Complaint to the United States Department of Justice Public Integrity Section--you have few options in moving forward. While you could wait for the FBI to complete its investigation of the alleged criminal conduct--including altering public records, a Class C Felony--you would be wise to terminate Mr. Wenger's employment, and that of his supervisor Blaine City Manager Mike Harmon, before they commit further crimes that the city's insurer will not cover for court-awarded judgements against the City of Blaine.
These are not minor crimes, and the resolution of them involves serious charges, for which Mr. Wenger and possibly Mr. Harmon could go to prison. Your continued inaction in addressing criminal misconduct by city staff and the city attorney Peter Ruffatto only increases liability for the City of Blaine. As I warned you early on and repeatedly over the past year and a half, the judicial nemesis will be your undoing.
