Failure to Exercise Duty of Care

Your ongoing failure to exercise your duty of care in monitoring the conduct of city staff, and your refusal to adopt a Code of Ethics for Blaine officials, has resulted in the commission of felonies. Now you have to decide if you think the city can continue getting away with operating as a criminal enterprise, or out of prudence, take immediate and effective actions to end this before a federal RICO investigation begins. It's up to YOU.

1/30/25 letter to City of Blaine : BLAINE'S SHAME CCTV of Blaine City Council member Mike Hill accosting community activist Otto Pointer at the November 13, 2024, council meeting. Mike Hill, owner of Starbuck's and Chevron, as well as a downtown and CARA developer, has not recused himself when voting on zoning amendments to the Blaine Municipal Code that financially benefit him.
