6/5/25 letter to city and county:

On February 28, 2025, Blaine City Council was alerted and shown evidence by Blaine Water Coalition spokesman Otto Pointer that Blaine Community Development Services director Alex Wenger had altered the time stamp on our submission in order to reject it for not being timely. 

Altering a public record is a Class C Felony. 

On April 28, 2025, Blaine City Council voted to give Mr. Wenger a pay raise.

1/30/25 letter to City of Blaine : BLAINE'S SHAME CCTV of Blaine City Council member Mike Hill accosting community activist Otto Pointer at the November 13, 2024, council meeting. Mike Hill, owner of Starbuck's and Chevron, as well as a downtown and CARA developer, has not recused himself when voting on zoning amendments to the Blaine Municipal Code that financially benefit him.
