Question for Mayor

 "In the CCTV of Blaine City Council member Mike Hill accosting Blaine community activist Otto Pointer at the November 13, 2024, council meeting, you, Blaine City Manager Mike Harmon, and Mayor pro tem Rhyan Lopez looked on from across the room while Chief of Police Funk intervened. The Northern Light newspaper editor was present, and was reportedly told by Chief Funk that this incident involving a public official assaulting a citizen did not need to be in the news. And it wasn't.


Was it after you were caught lying about your FREE SPEECH BAN that you decided Blaine citizens attacked by Blaine officials will not be protected by Blaine police?"

1/30/25 letter to City of Blaine : BLAINE'S SHAME CCTV of Blaine City Council member Mike Hill accosting community activist Otto Pointer at the November 13, 2024, council meeting. Mike Hill, owner of Starbuck's and Chevron, as well as a downtown and CARA developer, has not recused himself when voting on zoning amendments to the Blaine Municipal Code that financially benefit him. This self-dealing is against the law.
