Grace McCarthy Crooked

2/12/25 letter to City of Blaine:


Grace McCarthy, editor of The Northern Light, chastises Blaine citizens holding Blaine City Council accountable for lawbreaking. Having covered up City of Blaine criminal misconduct for two years, McCarthy is the crooked developers dream. 


McCarthy's coverup of the assault against Otto Pointer by Councilman Mike Hill is now 3 months old. McCarthy's coverup of self-dealing by Downtown Advisory Committee members Gurdeep Bains and Scott Meaker is now 20 months old.

Grace attempts to distort history by leaving out the official crimes and intimidation that led to disruptive reactions by Blaine citizens. McCarthy, like her boss Patrick Grubb, is not an honest broker of the truth. Where would thugs like Mike Hill be without her?

1/30/25 letter to City of Blaine : BLAINE'S SHAME CCTV of Blaine City Council member Mike Hill accosting community activist Otto Pointer at the November 13, 2024, council meeting. Mike Hill, owner of Starbuck's and Chevron, as well as a downtown and CARA developer, has not recused himself when voting on zoning amendments to the Blaine Municipal Code that financially benefit him.
